This modern house of adjacent cubes required a new Family Room addition.  We added an interlocking Breakfast Room with walls and of glass to transition to the Family Room.  The new Family Room is open on the ends, to complement the modern architecture of the existing home, and open onto an expansive wooded property.

The renovation also included new hardwood floors throughout the first floor, a renovation of the Family Room fireplace, addition of a vanity in the Powder Room and refinishing of all existing stair parts.
